Unfortunately as all our vegan candles are made to order due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, however if the item is damaged or there is something you are unhappy about get in touch so we can resolve the issue.

If we deem a refund to be accepted please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
